Return and Exchange policy

 

First read this:

Please make sure you select the right size. You can find size charts below every item at 'productinformation'. If you are still in doubt you can always contact us via chat of e-mail. With every return we will be using 5 EUR that normally would go to the goodcause for shipment. We are forced to work this way because these returns costs us a lot of money. So it's in everyones good interest to select the right size(s)! Thank you for understanding.

All items that are sold with a discount can NOT be returned.

RETURNS
Items purchased from veryimportantanimals.com are eligible for a full refund of the product in store credit. Item must be returned within 7 days of reception of the goods. 


CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Any exchange or refund will only be made after delivery of the goods in the above described condition. 

 

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE (YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE ON 23/03/2021 OR LATER)

1. Fill in the return form that you can find in your package.
2. Put the return form with the item you want to return in the package.
3. Send the package back to 'Hoogboomsteenweg 11, 2950 Kapellen, Belgium'. You can buy a shipping label on www.bpost.be (or another delivery service) or at the post office.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return/refund to be processed.

Did you receive a package without a return form? Please contact us by contact form.

 

 

Shipping Policy

 

All items will be brought to you via tracked shipping by bpost. After your payment is processed you will receive shortly a tracking code to follow your shipping of bpost. Please know I'm running this business all by myself and I am NOT a zalando or bol.com... . Deliveries can take up to 10 working days. 
The shipping durations are: 
Belgium: 1-10 business days
Europe: 4-17 business days
World: 9-20 business days

Would you like express shipping, this would come to an extra fee, please contact us for more info.

We are not responsible for any external issues that would cause late del
ivery (postal strike, weather conditions).
