Return and Exchange policy
First read this:
Please make sure you select the right size. You can find size charts below every item at 'productinformation'. If you are still in doubt you can always contact us via chat of e-mail. With every return we will be using 5 EUR that normally would go to the goodcause for shipment. We are forced to work this way because these returns costs us a lot of money. So it's in everyones good interest to select the right size(s)! Thank you for understanding.
I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE
All eligible items must be returned within 7 days of tracked reception. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags attached.
If you want another size you can contact us via chat or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to ask for another size. You can send your item back to 'Holleweg 131, 2950 Kapellen, Belgium'. You can buy a shipping label on or in the post office.
A new size will be sent after the reception of the other piece in perfect condition This can take up to 2 weeks.. However, if after the reception of the new size no purchase happens and a refund is requested we’ll be forced to charge the shipping & return fee (amount depending on destination).

If you want another item you can exchange this but you will pay shipping costs for both parties.
Items purchased from veryimportantanimals.com are eligible for a full refund of the product in store credit. Item must be returned within 7 days of reception of the goods.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Any exchange or refund will only be made after delivery of the goods in the above described condition.
HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE
1. Send us an email or contact us with the contact form with you name and the issue with the item. Explain clearly if you’d like to receive a new piece or would like to request a refund in store credit.
2. You can buy your own shipping label on or at the post office. Place your items back in the packaging you received and seal. Attach the shipping label to the outside of the package and drop off at your nearest shipping location. This should happen within 7 days of reception.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return/refund to be processed.
All items will be brought to you via tracked shipping by bpost. After your payment is processed you will receive shortly a tracking code to follow your shipping of bpost. Please know I'm running this business all by myself and I am NOT a zalando or bol.com... . Deliveries can take up to 8 working days.
The shipping durations are:
Belgium: 1-8 business days
Europe: 4-7 business days
World: 9-10 business days
